I led the strategic redesign of kardpay, transforming a fragmented crypto wallet into a unified Web3 Lifestyle Super-App. My mandate was to consolidate complex utility flows including virtual Visa cards, global eSIMs, and gift card marketplaces into a seamless Progressive Web App (PWA), delivering the complete end-to-end redesign in a 3-week high-velocity sprint.

Process

Following Braille’s BD efforts, I conducted a technical audit of the client’s stack and engineering capabilities. By assessing the environment first, I architected a design system that eliminated technical friction, ensuring the new experience could be shipped without a costly overhaul of the underlying codebase or blockchain logic. To bypass the overhead of native development, I designed the ecosystem around Progressive Web App (PWA) standards. This allowed for a single, cost-effective codebase that delivered a native-feeling "Super-App" experience. From virtual Visa cards to global eSIM marketplaces, I optimized every utility for mobile-web performance and instant accessibility. In a high-velocity, 3-week sprint, I refactored features into modular flows, allowing developers to integrate the updated UI without rewriting back-end logic. We delivered a lifestyle-first fintech ecosystem that bridged the gap between complex blockchain utility and daily consumer needs.
