Octav

Following Braille’s BD effort to secure the project, I led the production for Octav, managing a high-velocity sprint to move from wireframing to a pixel-perfect Framer build within a strict two-week window. I established dedicated co-working sessions on Figma and Framer, mentoring a freelance designer through real-time collaboration to maintain synchronization with the project manager to hit every milestone on an accelerated timeline. To ensure our storytelling was technically accurate, I immersed the team in Octav’s DeFi analytics and product logic, translating complex financial utility into a high-performance interface. While directing the overall production and quality standards, I ensured we precisely executed the client's preference for ASCII-style animations and complex interactive components, such as sticky scrolls and tabbed code blocks, to align with their recent rebrand and signal the protocol’s on-chain proximity. By aligning strategic oversight with disciplined execution, we successfully shipped the interactive site in time for a major conference launch. This project proved that complex technical visions can be transformed into performant digital reality through structured mentorship and technical translation.
