Process

To secure the project during the proposal phase, I tested four vibe coding tools, Replit, Lovable, Builder.io, and Base 44, to find the fastest way to materialize the vision. I eventually used Replit to build a functional prototype that illustrated exactly how the product could work. This strategic demonstration was scoped alongside Rogue and helped us land a mid-six-figure contract to execute the full build for OODA AI. The execution began with the redesign of the Privat.AI platform, which allows users to execute AI models in TEE servers for maximum privacy, with proofs verified on the Base network explorer. I performed a deep review of their brand guidelines to ensure the identity translated perfectly into the product, utilizing their preferred typography, colors, and iconography. To make the developer experience as seamless as possible, I integrated Shadcn components, modifying each element to fit the product context so engineers could easily pinpoint and implement them within their workflow. Throughout the build, I prioritized communicating complex feature sets and edge cases clearly in Figma to strengthen the collaboration with the product strategist. This involved periodic Figjam reviews to keep our design iterations aligned with the evolving business needs. I delivered a complete UI system featuring both light and dark modes, ensuring every flow matched what the client wanted while maintaining the technical integrity needed for a high-security platform.
